Elesa widens its range of magnetic systems for linear or angular displacement by introducing a standard version with radio frequency data transmission.
The MPI-R10-RF measuring system connected to the FC-MPI sensor and combined with M-BAND-10 magnetic band is characterised by an extremely easy assembly and disassembly of the device from the panel due to a system with a retaining clip requiring no screws. The display allows for easy setting and excellent adaptability to different measuring and cutting machines.
FC-MPI magnetic sensor is available in different lengths and uses the M-BAND magnetic band, allowing precise alignment and positioning, reducing time and machining procedures to a minimum.
It can communicate via radio frequency (RF) with a UC-RF control unit and can be rapidly positioned for multi-axial measurements. It doesn’t require the use of expensive cables between the various indicators and the control unit.
UC-RF control unit is provided with a standard interface for the most common industrial buses for connection to a PLC and exchanges information with up to 36 MPI-R10-RF.
