Dupont and Mahle Filtration

Mahle Filtration and Engine Peripherals has recognised DuPont with a quality and supply chain excellence award.

DuPont Performance Polymers has been given the “Overall Performance” award from MAHLE business unit “Filtration and Engine Peripherals”, for quality and supply chain excellence, with zero recorded incidents in MAHLE global supply chains.

According to Johann Meier, Vice President Purchasing – Filtration and Engine Peripherals: “Quality is our number one criteria when we look for new suppliers.” Mr Meier continued: “DuPont is a trusted partner with support and services in every region that supplies high quality product on time, which has ensured, over time, continuous production in our manufacturing operations across the world, we are therefore delighted to give DuPont this award.”

Rudy van Engen, Sales Manager, Central and Eastern Europe, DuPont Performance Polymers accepted the award at MAHLE’s inaugural celebration earlier this month. “We are very proud to have won an award from one of the key global suppliers to the automotive industry, which reflects the commitment to excellence from DuPont teams around the world,” he said. “We would like to thank everyone at MAHLE Filtration and Engine Peripherals business unit for their trust and confidence in DuPont. We consider the award as clear recognition of the quality of our products, services and supply chain.”

MAHLE and DuPont have a long standing relationship, working in partnership, to help find materials-based products to solve complex technical challenges and to help improve efficiency and reduce total cost.
